Training pays off - chain-gang confidence coupled with turbo power sees me stay at the fighting end of the race, competing for the podium. The 9th round of the SW series is my best yet.

Saturday 11th March Round #4 of the London Women's Cycle Racing league, was held in the grounds of a private estate near Mildenhall and Lakenheath in Suffolk.
